We were invited at the Loveletters and friends jam in Baarlo celebrating the release of the “Dieci does” can, a limited edition can with artwork from Does. When we left our hometown it was raining cats and dogs but when we arrived the weather was quite comfortable. There was a great line up of writers from several countries: Does (NL) Nash (NL) Chas (NL) Tumki (NL) Dater (D) Ozer (F) MadC (D) Ders (CH) Nychos (A) Puaks (NL) Romeo (NL) Mega (NL) Sign (NL) Storm (DK) Gebes (DK) Towns (UK) Vibes (UK) Amatic (B) B-Art (B). All in all we had a great weekend and lots of fun. We painted a wall in our hometown at the front of the “scheepvaartmuseum”. It’s a cool spot in the middle of the shoppingarea.

The year 2009 is almost over… for us it was quite a good year productionwise. We have lots of plans for 2010 prepared allready.. so stay tuned for updates!

We made another themewall in Drachten city. This time with a halloween theme. Here in holland it’s not common to celebrate halloween, overhere we have “Sint Maarten” it’s the Dutch version of halloween which we celebrate at the 11th of november. See the whole wall after the jump

We were invited to paint a wooden fence in Drachten city.
We used a not so obvious colorscheme on the pieces and it worked very well.

Another little concept wall is finished. This time a morgue with a body and a toetag and chopped up pieces covered under a sheet. The name on the tag is from a guy who constantly disses us for fun, so we thought it was time for some payback. Whole wall after the jump

The other side of the srv car we did with the western theme (see post below) was done in Vaughn Bodé style. We tried to give the letters some of the typical Bodé flavour. We’re happy with the endresult and it looks very colorfull. Click here for the endresult.

We made a follow up to the first dns cruelty wholecar. This one was also done on a srv car (in Holland a srv car is used to bring groceries from door to door). This side was done in westernstyle. For the whole picture check here

We recently finished a pretty large wall in our hometown.
All in all we spend like 25 hours each on the wall.
The wall is located near our wellknown landmark called “De waterpoort”.
It’s on the backside of a daycare centre for children so they will have something nice to look at.

We even did make our “own” muppetshow logo and put that on top of the wall.
Besides the most obvious characters like beaker, the swedish chef, animal, miss piggy,kermit, fozzie and gonzo we decided to put the wining old men on the balcony (waldorf and statler) also on the wall, so let’s see what they have to say about this wall…
